Can I Exchange My Outfit?

Due to the nature of outfit production, we cannot process exchanges, but we are happy to help! 

We recommend purchasing the desired replacement outfit and then returning the original item so your desired replacement does not sell out in the process. Once you do so, you can follow our return policy below to return the former outfit and receive your store credit!

Here is our return policy:

Returns are only accepted within 10 days from the orders delivery date (the date the item shows it was delivered on the tracking information). The items must be new with original tags attached, unworn and unwashed, free of stains, makeup, etc. to be eligible. Returns are available in the form of shop credit only. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs for returns. If you contact us about a return outside of the 10 day time period we will not be able to process the return. Shop credit codes for returns must be used within 90 days of the date they are issued. In so cases, there could also be a $5 service/restocking fee.

Customers must email us at help@cecilandlou.com within 10 days from when your order was delivered for any discrepancies. 

Final sale items

All sales of gift certificates, monogrammed items, and items marked as sale or clearance are final. Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

Can Cecil and Lou provide a return shipping label? 

We are more than happy to provide a return label for you! We will simply deduct the cost of the shipping label from your store credit.
